iXSurvey were involved in providing survey personnel together with a GPS system, navigation software (Qinsy) and an IXSEA Octans for the positioning of an Ocean Bottom Cable (OBC) off Whitby, England. The client were interested in evaluating a deep potash mine and were after high resolution seismic data in order to trace the potash interface.
