iXSurvey design and install a big frame in Fos sur Mer Gulf.

For the SECMAR project iXSurvey was sub-contracted to design a big frame (6 m of diameter, 1.2T).This frame is intended to support an acoustic antenna. The GG9 and the divers team are installing the frame in the Fos sur Mer Gulf. The SECMAR programme, developped inpartnership with several industrials led by THALES, aims to 'develop an innovative multi-sensor system to protect the integrity of a civil or military harbour or economically vital plants'.

The main objective was to establish the agitation conditions in order to build a new RoRo.

Our divers team deployed 5 currentmeters, 8 turbidimeters and 1 wave buoy in front of Dieppe.

In February, our divers team deployed 5 currentmeters and 1 wave buoy in front of Dieppe. The objective of this campaign is to study the sand movements. All the instruments were recovered last week.
