Royal Haskoning Site Survey, Tayinloan Pier
On behalf of Royal Haskoning, iXSurvey Limited conducted a site investigation to provide data for a sediment transport modelling study at Tayinloan on the Mull of Kintyre.
Data were acquired using single beam echosounder and land survey equipment. Two ADCPs were also deployed and successfully recovered.
Results from the survey were later used to identify the souce of sediments encroaching into the Tayinloan ferry berth.
